No pets, children please. non smoker but if so, then it must be only done outside the house.
Bedroom has a separate wardrobe cupboard, Chest of drawer and & great views over looking the garden and adjoining park.
Two bathroom one downstairs and one upstairs.
Newly refurbished well maintained house.
All bills are included (Gas, electricity, water). Parking is available.
£675 per month for single person, Deposit £250 required and 1 months rent payable in advance. References required.
Hemel town centre is just 10 mins walk from the house and station is 15 mins walk and jarman park Tesco extrA 10 mins walk and all other shops are just 5 mins by walk.
