Furnished double room available for single occupency just been decorated with new carpets and bed with new bedding. There is WiFi throughout and own TV and Sky in the room which includes all Sky movie and sports channels documentaries etc at no extra charge. Located in a clean and quiet household which has just had new carpets throughout and decorated in the communal areas. All bedding provided and the house is cleaned weekly by myself. Washing machine, microwave etc brand new kitchen just fitted next to shared dinning room and the property also has a bathroom with bath and shower and also a separate shower room with toilet.
