Large double room in friendly, house

This is an excellent house with some great house mates all who are working and respectful.

The room comes furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a hand basin.

There is an enormous kitchen with large dining table and chairs, cooker, three large fridge freezers, two washing machines, tumble drier and a microwave etc.

There are three showers, toilets and hand basins. One of the bathrooms has a massive bath too.

Outside there is a large garden with patio for summer BBQs, a large side garden and a very wide drive for multiple parking.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you wish to move to one of my other houses.

The rent includes council tax, water and 50MB Virgin broadband internet. The electricity and gas are shared and work out at around £30 per month altogether.

You are dealing with me, the landlord directly so there are no extra fees or nightmares dealing with useless agencies. I am quick to respond to your needs and always return deposits back promptly.
