I am an easy going live in landlord in a 3 bedroom terraced house on Sele Farm in Hertford. I have a large double room to rent, fully furnished, wi-fi, walking distance to Hertford North train station - Kings Cross line. The room includes 2 oak bedside chest of drawers, double bed with 4 drawers, an oak shelving unit, a tv socket and a built in wardrobe. The kitchen is complete with double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Neat secluded garden with table and chairs, bbq and 2 sheds. There is plenty of off street parking. Gas, electricity, water, council tax, Internet and TV license bills are included in the rent. Monday to Friday lodging is considered. I also have 2 dogs, Izzy and Indie, so our new housemate would need to be ok with dogs, although everyone falls in love with them when they see them.
