The house is very spacious with a large lounge, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer and separate utility room. The location is ideal for both the town centre and the A10. The rent includes council tax (band D), water and internet.
The house is semi-detached and has a garden to the rear. To the side of the property, there is a drive for multiple motorbikes etc and lots of available street parking.
The room is a good size with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There are two showers and two toilets available. Two of the rooms have ensuites so you are not sharing with everyone.
The house is all double glazed with gas central heating.
You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord so there are no useless agencies or extra fees. I am quick to respond to needs and return deposits back promptly. The contract is super flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other properties.
