TENANTS
I am looking for people who are mature in their approach to sharing and respectful of others’ privacy and right to a pleasant life. It is preferable that you’ve some previous experience of living in a shared environment.

All tenants will have to demonstrate a right to rent in the UK, provide references, and authenticate their identity. Forms are provided on-line and quick and easy to use, and scanned documents can be emailed. I will get back to the same day in most cases.

I am looking for a tenant that is mature, responsible and helpful, and able to fit in with other sharers. I look after my tenants very well, and I look after the property and living environment and keep everything well maintained with a high level of service.
