Friendly, clean house for young professional

This is a really friendly house with some great people.

The room is a good sized double bedroom on the first floor with double bed and wall shelves with clothes rail.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room and all windows are double-glazed so you'll be warm. There is off road parking on a double driveway and a large garden for summer BBQs.

The rent includes council tax and water. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses or flats. You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord, so there are no extra agency fees. I am quick to respond to your needs and always return deposits promptly.
