Double En-Suite Room In Hertford

Large double room with en-suite to rent in Hertford.

This spacious double room is part of a four bed, professional houseshare (two guys, one girl). It has a built in wardrobe, and decent sized en-suite with cubicle shower. The bedroom itself is large, with plenty of natural light. There is also a small private garden, large kitchen area, and spacious living room.

The housemates are all really friendly and laid back. Everyone has busy day jobs, so likes to come home and relax in front of the telly, or have a glass of wine and a chat. Someone who’s equally as laid back would be best fit for the house! Female tenant is preferred, however we’re happy to meet anyone with genuine interest.

All bills are included in the PCM - this includes BT WiFi and a Sky subscription. Ad shows unfurnished, however I’m happy to leave the bed if it’s needed :)
