Large spacious double room, fully furnished with double bed, twin chests of drawers, wardrobe, bookcase and double-pedestal desk. High-spec wooden floor and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for tenant’s own furniture as well. At front of property with twin windows overlooking nice view.
BATHROOM (EN-SUITE)
Private en-suite bathroom including shower with thermostatic control, toilet, vanity basin with working area, and 5 mirrored storage cabinets.
KITCHEN
Large kitchen-diner with smart washing machine, tumble drier, large fridge, separate freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking equipment and utensils, crockery and cutlery, iron, ironing board, clothes airers, cleaning equipment. Loads of storage cupboards and drawers.

You will be sharing the house with other polite professionals who are sociable and respectful of living in a shared peaceful environment. This property is not suitable for party animals. This is a quiet, clean, relaxing haven on a beautiful, privately maintained, serene estate in central Herford and is suitable for career professionals who need somewhere they can call home along with other like-minded people.
TENANTS
I am looking for people who are mature in their approach to sharing and respectful of others’ privacy and the right to a pleasant life. It is preferable that you’ve some previous experience of living in a shared environment. The ability to make friends easily and good communication skills are essential. I am a caring landlord and like to make sure my tenants are happy.
ABOUT THE LANDLORD
I am a live-out landlord. I take pride in selecting the right tenants and maintaining the property with a view to regular maintenance and upgrades. I have working relationships with various tradespeople, and I usually get necessary work done very quickly. You can verify all of this when you talk to the other tenants at the viewing.
OTHER
All tenants will have to demonstrate a legal right to rent in the UK, provide references, and authenticate their identity. Forms are provided online and are quick and easy to use, and scanned ID documents can be emailed. I will get back to the same day in most cases. I will usually ask another tenant to conduct viewings in order that get a sense of how the house operates before you make a decision.
