A two bedroom house located in a nice quiet area of Hertford with Hertford North train station 15 minutes walk away. Local shops include a Co-Op, post office, pharmacy, fish and chips takeaway and there is a pub nearby.

Gas and electricity are included in the £600 monthly rental; they are not in addition to the rental charge.

The available large bedroom overlooks the garden/patio and is furnished, suitable for working from home. The room has a very large built in wardrobe, under bed storage and another storage area. Also includes TV with Sky Movies, Paramount, Netflix, Apple and Disney.

The bathroom has a bath, electric shower, toilet and sink. It will be shared by both occupants.

The lounge and the rented room have a television with Sky TV, Disney, Prime, Netflix, Apple TV Paramount Plus and Disney Plus.

The kitchen was refurbished in 2020 and includes a built in fridge/freezer, oven/grill, combination oven/microwave/grill, washer/dryer, dish washer, induction hob and water softener/filter. A separate freezer for further food storage is located in the sunroom. A television provides the entertainment which includes Amazon Prime, Netflix and Disney Plus.

The house has a combi-boiler so hot water is always available.

High speed 900mb internet access is provided by BT as well as a backup Virgin Media 200mb connection, ideal for working from home or watching films in 4K.

Off-street parking is provided for 2 large vehicles so parking is never a problem.

About myself; I am an English born professional who works a 9-5 job so I am looking for a similar professional person. I work hard but like to relax in the evenings watching TV. My last two housemates have been Spanish and I am very much into Spanish life. I have my Spanish friends come over about 3 times a year for beers and food in the garden. I would prefer someone living here who speaks Spanish.
