Large bedroom with en-suite & private balcony

I’m looking for someone to move into the top floor of my three storey house, the room is a large double room with a large built in cupboard, desk study area, own en-suite shower room, and double doors leading onto a south facing private terrace.
You must be ok with dogs as I have two dogs and you must be ok with children. My children live with me 50% of the week so the house is often quiet. Weekends are particularly busy. I work full time so I am not in the house much during the day but I do pop in and out depending on my work schedule. The house is located close to Hertford north station, panshanger park and shops including a co-op, Simmons, pharmacy etc are on your door step. Bills included in price. You will have full use of the kitchen too.
