Shared Apartment

Hi, I have a spare double bedroom that's currently part furnished in a central apartment in Hertford. Both bedrooms are carpeted and were painted in April. The bedroom I currently occupy has built in wardrobes and secondary/internal glazing, this room may be available if you want a better furnished space and I can move in to the currently empty bedroom, either way, the empty room is due to have secondary window insulation asap. There is a shared bathroom with wc, basin, shower over bath and gas central heating. The front room is 5m x 5m open plan kitchen/living room: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, electric hob and oven. There is a currently unused grow tent if you have green fingers! No parking, no parking permits available, please do not enquire if you need parking, there is none. £205 pw, including bills to be paid four weeks in advance and after this can be paid weekly. Flexible contract for you. No smoking. Couples considered. Pets considered.
