House was totally renovated 3 years ago. Courtyard garden lovely in the summer. Victorian house 5 mins walk to town and 10 mins walk to Hertford North/East within 10 mins. Private house for single employed person only (No Guests). Friendly and sociable house tidy and respectful of others. I have a Cocker Spaniel who is kept downstairs, very much part of the family. You can potentially park on the street but not guaranteed although there is a car park opposite which you would need to pay for within certain times.
