I keep a programme of regular maintenance and upgrades. I have excellent working relationships with various tradespeople, and I usually get necessary work done very quickly. You can verify all of this when you talk to the other tenants at the viewing.

All tenants will have to demonstrate a right to rent in the UK, provide references, and authenticate their identity. Forms are provided on-line and quick and easy to use, and scanned documents can be emailed. I will get back to the same day in most cases.
