A bright double room is available in my newly decorated flat, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You’ll be sharing with just me!

The flat is ideally located in Hertford, just a stone's throw from Hertford East station, offering regular direct trains into London Liverpool Street and Stratford. It’s also a 2-minute walk to Hartham Common — a beautiful green space you’ll quickly think of as your own back garden!

Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and are sparkling new.

A little about me:
I work full-time in Central London as an Executive Assistant. Work keeps me fairly busy during the week, but I enjoy a social lifestyle — catching up with friends at weekends and fitting in gym sessions (the gym is just a 2-minute walk away!).

While there are no pets living here permanently, I occasionally look after my parents’ friendly Cockapoo, Dexter — so it’s important you’re comfortable with the occasional furry visitor.

I’m looking for a like-minded professional — someone sociable but respectful of a clean, tidy, and calm home environment. I can only consider someone who works full-time away from home rather than remotely.

About the room:
The double room is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, and chest of drawers. It also has a wall-mounted TV with Sky channels and Netflix included.
The room is for single occupancy. Of course, occasional guests are fine with prior agreement, and I’d extend you the same courtesy.

Location highlights:
• Central Hertford location with everything on your doorstep: coffee shops, cafés, a great choice of restaurants, Sainsbury’s and Tesco (both less than 5 minutes' walk away).
• 2-minute walk to Hartham Common for outdoor space.
• 2-minute walk to Hertford East station (for Liverpool Street/Stratford trains).
• 15-minute walk to Hertford North station (with links to Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street, and Moorgate).
