Double room available - bills included

This is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat right next to Hertford East Station and Hartham Common. It will be fully furnished minus a mattress for the double bed. I have 2 cats so you must be pet friendly and good with animals. I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. I work from home some days of the week so the atmosphere needs to be calm and quiet. This is a short term 1 year let while my current room mate moves away for a job contract. Bills are included with the price of the room
