Lovely double bedroom - idyllic location, Hertford

Hi. The room is a lovely double room in a very nice, clean house - an end terrace property, located in an idyllic location next to the River Lee. The house has three bedrooms (2 doubles and a single).

I own the property, but I spend a lot of time abroad. I keep the single room as a base here in the UK and I rent out both of the double rooms.

The other lodger is a really nice, 30 year old professional male - and he rents the small double. I am now looking for a lodger for the master bedroom. Ideally I am looking for one person - however I will consider couples - however the rent for a couple would be £ 690 pcm.

The house comes with fishing rights and has a lovely sunny patio garden - great for barbeques etc. As I am often away, I am keen to find someone who is clean and tidy and someone who will love living in my house as much as I do.
