Hertford, studio:double bed, kitchen, shower room

We have a separate studio within our house, with good broadband, a double bed, wardrobe, storage, kitchen with washing machine, beautiful shower room and garden patio. It's a short walk from Hertford town and Hertford North station. We are looking for a minimum 6 month let, with a month's notice. References and credit checks necessary. It would suit a quiet, non smoking, responsible, employed professional person.
