I would prefer another female as this seems to work.
The Flat is within the grounds of County Hall.
A single bed room on the second floor, built in wardrobe with a desk/draws, single bed, shared rooms(except main bedroom)use of all white goods, no broadband(I use a laptop and dongle)the TV is freeview.
I don't have a problem with a light/occasional smoker, but there is no smoking within the Flat or building.
Hertford North and East railways are about 20 mins walk away. Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's in town, nice walk by river Lea, A10 and A1M either side.
