Double Room next to Hertford East

A fully furnished double room in a modern flat situated next to Hertford East train station. The master bedroom has an en suite so this room has sole use of the main bathroom. Large kitchen/living room with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The flat has a small balcony and is next to Hartham Common. The room will be redecorated when my current flatmate moves out. This includes new wooden floors, new curtains and it will be repainted. Furniture includes a double wardrobe and two tall chests of drawers.

You will be living with a 27 year old professional female who commutes into London daily. Looking for a clean, tidy and sociable housemate preferably 24-35. Unfortunately there is no allocated parking at the property but there are potentially other options
