This is a really friendly house with some great people. There is a good sized kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezer. Full gas central heating with radiators in every room.

The room is a large double bedroom on the top floor overlooking the back garden. It has a wooden floor, wooden shelves with clothes rail and double bed with mattress. The window is double glazed.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and broad band internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice if you need to move elsewhere.

You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord or my full time assistant, Rupert so there are no extra fees or agents. We are quick to respond to your needs and return deposit back promptly. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
