Friendly Clean House Next to Town Centre

This is a really friendly house with some great people next to Hertford East station and the town centre. There is a lounge and kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave etc. There is a large back garden with patio for BBQs.

The room is the only one on the top floor so is very private & quiet. It has a double bed with high quality mattress, desk & chair and lots of shelves with hanging rail. Also there is a sink in the bedroom.

Outside there is a walled garden with lawn and patio.
