The room is a very big with a double bed, shelves and clothes rail, table and two chairs and a fridge. This is a really friendly house with some great people. The large kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room and all windows are double-glazed so you'll be warm. There is off road parking on a double driveway and a large garden for summer BBQs.

The rent includes council tax, water and broadband internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere. You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord, so there are no useless agents involved or extra fees.
