This is a Monday to Friday let only—- no weekends!
A large double room , with fitted wardrobes and quality furniture. Gentlemens chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamp comfortable chair and dressing table/ work space with chair. All nicely and recently decorated
There is use of a nice kitchen, luxury bathroom and a great shower room, the overall style of the house is modern and bedrooms classic. The lounge is NOT a shared area. This room and amenities only.
There is excellent outside facilities lovely patio area, Plenty of off street parking and only a 10 minute walk into the town center on level ground.
Access to M25, A1 and A10 and A414 are all excellent and also only a 15 min walk to either of Hertfords stations which service London Moorgate/ Kings Cross and London Liverpool Street.

This is a MON-FRI LET and No couples or sharers, a months notice is required upon exit.
Short term let considered but minimum 4 weeks
All bedding and towels etc will be supplied please be aware that your personal possessions are to be removed at the weekend and use of the washing machine is not included in the rental agreement.
