Clean, friendly house next to station & town

This is a really friendly house with some great people. There is a large kitchen with dining table and chairs. It is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room.

The room is a large double bedroom with double bed and mattress, wall shelves with clothes rail and cupboard.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and unlimited 50 MB broadband internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared and works out around £40. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
