The house is a 14 minute walk to the town centre (0. 7miles).

The kitchen is fully furnished with washing machine, condenser drier, fridge-freezer, microwave etc.

There is a large back garden with patio for BBQs. There is a front garden and lots of on-road parking. A brand new super efficient boiler has just been fitted. The whole house is double glazed so you will be warm in winter.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and broad band internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared and work out around £30-£40 depending on usage. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
