There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave etc. The bathroom has a shower with excellent water pressure.

The rent includes council tax and water. The tenants share gas, electricity and internet which usually works out at less than £40 per month.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave. You will be dealing directly with me, the Landlord, so there is no nightmares with useless, unresponsive agents and their rip-off fees. I am quick to respond to your needs and always return deposits immediately the keys are returned.
