This is a really friendly house just round the corner from Hertford East station and close to Hertford town centre.

The room is large and bright on the first floor at the front of the property. It comes furnished with double bed and quality mattress, chest of drawers and wall shelves.

The kitchen is fully furnished with cooker, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer, microwave etc. It is very large with lots of space and a dining room table.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and broad band internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice if you need to move elsewhere.
