The house has broadband wifi and TV with SKY. There is central heating throughout the house.

There is a nice sized garden for spring/summertime if you want to spend some time outdoors, bbq's etc.

The house and rooms are all fully furnished!

The location of the property is on a quiet corner of the street and is located just 10 minutes walk to Hertford North train station with direct trains to London in 40 minutes.

The Nearest bus stops are 5 minutes walk and there is a whole row of local shops too. It is a very convenient location.

We have owned this property for 4 years and have always had the rooms rented out, so be quick as the rooms here get taken very quickly.
