This room is VERY LARGE and comes furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a good sized cupboard with loads of storage space. The room has a lovely oak wooden floor.

There is an enormous kitchen with large dining table and chairs, cooker, three large fridge freezers, two washing machines, tumble drier, microwave, large double range cooker, extra oven and even a dishwasher!

There is are THREE showers, one bath and three toilets.

Outside there is a large garden with patio for summer BBQs, a large side garden and a very wide drive for multiple parking.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you wish to move to one of my other houses.

The rent includes council tax, water and Virgin broadband internet. The electricity and gas are shared and work out at around £20 per month altogether.

You are dealing with me, the landlord directly so there are no extra fees or nightmares dealing with useless agencies. I am quick to respond to your needs and always return deposits back promptly.
