A nice spacious house shared with clean, social and respectful young housemates.
The house has a garden (with brick BBQ and sheltered seating space), living room/dining room, office, 2 bathrooms and a little yoga/gym area (a spare room with a Yoga mat and bench).
Hertford North station is a 4 minute walk with trains running every 15 minutes during work times into London.
In the interest of having a great place to live, we have decided to keep 2 rooms spare. We have lived in a very large multiple occupancy house upon our first moves to Hertford and it was not pleasant to say the least!
Current housemates are one female professional with two male professionals.
The room and house come furnished. The photos don't do it justice unfortunately and I'm not the best photographer in the world.
