New bed in 3 bed house.

This clean, friendly easygoing house is very close to Hertford North station and the centre of Hertford. It's in a quiet location, and has a parking space. There's a pretty garden, with patio and barbecue, It's a clean arty sort of house with a well fitted kitchen, a power shower in the bathroom and a well furnished spare bedroom, with a brand new bed, mattress and bed linen. There's a parking space and a garage.
I'm looking for an easy going friendly for sort of person to share this house and I'm flexible about adding or changing furniture in the room to suit. My adult sons and partner stay here occasionally too and we all work in the arts. and architecture.
I do work from home at times, and there is good broadband here.
