Friendly house for young professional

This is an excellent house with some great young housemates all who are working and respectful.

The room is on the first floor and comes furnished with double bed and mattress and large wardrobe.

There is an enormous kitchen with large dining table and chairs, cooker, three large fridge freezers, two washing machines, tumble drier, microwave etc.

There are THREE showers, one bath and three toilets.

Outside there is a large garden with patio for summer BBQs, a large side garden and a very wide drive for multiple parking.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you wish to move to one of my other houses.

The rent includes council tax, water and Virgin broadband internet. The electricity and gas are shared and work out at around £30 per month altogether. I also pay for a cleaner to visit regularly.

You are dealing with me, the landlord directly so there are no extra fees or nightmares dealing with useless agencies. I am quick to respond to your needs and always return deposits back promptly.
