Description

5 minutes walk from Barnet Hospital:

Please have on SpareRoom, your details for us to read before we invite you to a viewing. This saves time and disappointment later.

Three guys share the communal areas of the house - in addition to 'rent a room' we are involved with how the whole house works well. We are looking for the 3rd gay male who is in work, probably 5 days a week, NOT normally working from home.

The ages and other details are a guide - we can vary quite a bit if you are otherwise the right guy to join us.

Contact today and visit to see if you would like to live here.
A note on bills: The all-year bills include basic electrical appliances and some gas central heating. If you need additional heating, in winter for example, there will be an additional cost.

This bedroom measures 20 x 11 feet, is equipped for one male [or two if an occasional visitor] with a double bed. On the second floor, it's overlooking nearby streets. Reasonable noise and times are appreciated.

The shared rooms are on the first floor and ground floor - bathroom [with power shower and airboost] and 2 toilets, airing cupboard for drying washing, large sitting room/lounging space with tv and 2 large sofas, well-equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, conservatory for plants, mini-home-gym, office with washing machine. The garden and patio planted for both sun and shade and with seating and table.

A potential new member can make an appointment to meet us and discuss the sort of agreements we think will work for all of us.

The room is currently occupied until the first weekend of September. Currently shown is the room when empty but you can move furniture around how you wish to use this large space.

High Barnet has a friendly easy-going population and our local pub welcomes our LGBTI group which we organise, The high road has been narrowed for traffic calming and sitting outside eateries and coffee bars at pavement tables is increasing. The Spires shopping centre also has more seated ares. Our very local coffee bar is less than one minute away.

Walks and running areas are within a few minutes - we live in an historical town described by Dickens, right next to countryside [Green Belt is 5-10 minutes down the road], a rugby field, and parks [it's a green town].

Travel: High Barnet tube station on Northern Line, Night bus N20 from Trafalgar Square, many buses to other London towns and central London - one bus stop is outside the house others are 2-5-10 mins walk.
