We are a family renting out one of the rooms in detached house and spacious garden.

There is a bed , drawer, desk and chair for this room.

It is away from main road, very quiet.
It is located in next to farm, you get fantastic view of spacious garden and farm.

It is very safe area, kind and friendly neighbor.

If you are here to study English, you can practice with my British husband if you want.

We are looking for someone who can be respect
1 quiet hours after 8pm
2 pay attention to hygiene (like when you come home, wash hand and change clothes to washed clothes)

Please note that this is private room, but one corner of this room is used to store suitcases.
This is a conservatory room.
