We are happy to offer a large, bright and spacious size double room to rent in a THREE bedroom house located within the heart of High Barnet and a stones throw away from High Barnet station with excellent transport links to Central London, less than half an hour to Euston, Kings Cross and Oxford Street.

The room is consisting of a double size bed and a large built in wardrobe. You will be sharing the toilet just with one more person.

This property consists of three double bedrooms. The lounge/open-plan kitchen with full size patio doors leads to the lovely garden . The space offers a good ceiling height giving a nice feeling of light and space, wooden flooring throughout. The kitchen includes modern appliances like dishwasher, microwave, toaster.. and the bathroom is tiled with a fitted shower and bath. Also, there is a second toilet downstairs.

The house is located in a quite street and in line with parade of shops on the high street at the same time. Local amenities include shops, cafes, pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants offering multicultural eateries, including the shopping center the Spires.

We are currently living a female (engineer) and a male (accountant) professionals in the house who are quite and tidy. We would like someone like-minded to join us with the same respect to the housemates and to the property to make it feel like home.
