My home is large Victorian detached house in a centrally located part of High Barnet and comes with all the usual facilities.

I have a large double room to rent and it comes fully furnished with a new double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and storage chest. The room also has a TV and Internet/Network access point. You will have shared use of the open plan living room, very large fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and garden.

There is excellent transport links in to Central London. New Barnet Overground Station takes you into Finsbury Park in 12 minutes (Victoria and Picadilly Lines) but also Kings Cross in 22 Minutes and is within 5 minutes by car or High Barnet Underground Station (Northern Line) is a 7 minute walk. Parking is available on the road outside the property which you will need a parking permit for or free car parking is within a 1 minute walk of house.

Chipping Barnet Library is across road and within a 30 second walk you have the facilities of the Spires Shopping Centre and Waitrose supermarket. High Barnet High Street is also a 1 minute walk and boosts lovely coffee shops, restaurants, a post office and several different banks.
