Large Double Room in Garden Flat

Lovely large, bright, clean double room overlooking garden in spacious 3 bed garden flat. We are 10 mins from the underground (northern line) 35 mins to Kings Cross. Lots of local buses. Even one to take to the station. We back onto fields with a stream nearby, lots of lovely places to walk or cycle. Good shopping in High Barnet with all the usual stores plus small mall with outside cafes.
The room is large and bright, with lots of storage and desk area. We have a large lounge and a large kitchen, two loos, power shower and wifi. One lady, plus one small (very friendly) dog. Quiet area and cul de sac location.
I am looking for a clean, reasonably tidy, honest person to share our home. We are easygoing and friendly. Nice clean, cosy place to stay. Some home cooked meals could be arranged. Need someone who does not object to sharing with a smoker, and is fond of dogs. Previous tenant recommends. Suit student or professional. Available from 9th December 2019
