Large clean tidy and modern garden home

Hello,

1 double bedroom available with double heigh wardrobe, all neutral decor - and we FINALLY got superfast broadband in our road so have signed up to that and NOWTV.

There's a great balance in the house and we all love to socialise but maintain our own lives outside the house at the same time. We enjoy: sports, movies, pub gardens, roast dinners and chatting together over a glass of wine or a tea.

I'm regularly away but you should see me once a fortnight!

Professional house with a big kitchen/diner and large living room, garden and free on street parking. Close to tube, overground and bus links, also supermarket, cinema, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Located on quiet cul de sac. Typically quiet during working week but enjoy sports, pub trips and chilling out on weekends.

All we ask if for a considerate and mature person who is looking for a home rather than student digs.
