Sunny Single room - Females only please

Newly decorated, fully furnished single room in spacious 2 bedroomed first floor Maisonette with large kitchen / diner and pretty garden to rear. There is a shed if you need to store a bike. Ideally suit a female as generally more tidy and respectful to my home and likely to look after when away.

I am a normal easy going, guy that likes a chit chat over tea and cake, now and again, spends weekends with a long term girlfriend, plays footie on a Sunday, and generally finds females easier to live with :-D

Situated on a quiet residential road in High Barnet, walking distance of all amenities, within few minutes walk for bus to High Barnet underground (takes 8 mins) or if walking about 15/20min. High Street is about 10min to walk or couple min on the bus. There are a few shops about 5min walk away too. Takes about 30min to Central London on the Northern Line.

All bills are included, however consumables ie toilet rolls washing up liquid and WIFI are split.
