We have 2 beautiful, well furnished double rooms, which offer a quiet private space with the benefit of having two very large living areas for when you would like something more social. The house is very spacious and a very nice, relaxing space to come home too. Due to leasing obligations this house is limited to only 5 tenants, which means more space for everyone. There are expansive, well maintained gardens, offering excellent bbq and outdoor dining facilities, as well as a badminton court, vegetable garden, elevated deck with views, and lots of space to catch some rays this summer. With off street parking, 2 beautiful bathrooms, and an absolutely superb kitchen and dining area what more could you ask for?

The house is spread on three stories on an elevated property with extensive views from each bedroom. It is situated on a quiet street with easy access to a range of shops, the odeon, and 2 public transport hubs (High Barnet tube and New Barnet station).

You will be living with a kiwi couple and two others. We enjoy living in a clean and relaxed home where you are free to come and go as you please, but can also have a good conversation and occasional shared meal. We love barbecuing over summer. And there is usually fresh baking for the taking.
It is a non-smoking house hold.

Transport
High Barnet tube station is about 7 minutes walk away and New Barnet rail station is less than 13. The morning train gets us into Moorgate in about 25 minutes (trains also go to Kings Cross in 20 minutes).
