The house has 3 double bedrooms, a huge living room and kitchen to share. It is in a nice area which is very green and quiet, and it is just 7-8 mins walking distance to High Barnet tube station. The room has a quality double bed and a wardrobe, and a bedside can be added upon request. The room does not have a study desk, however on the same floor there is a seperate study room which you can use anytime you want.

I am the living-in landlord and a professional working in software industry. We like to keep the house clean and tidy whereas not a boring place. Moving-in date is flexible. The price is inclusive of all the bills. It's a house share not to be missed!
