Bright spacious double room in lovely apartment only 5 mins walk from High Barnet station and 2 mins to high street.

Despite being so close to the high street and station the road is very quiet and peaceful.

Ideally looking for another professional to replace me in the flat as I am moving back home as I no longer need to commute into London. John (the existing tenant) is a great easy-going flatmate to live with.

All bills are included (including high speed broadband and a fortnightly cleaner). Unfortunately there is no spare parking space on drive but there is parking on the street after 6:30pm Mon-Sat and free parking on Sunday and permits can be purchased from council for £1/day.
