The bedroom measures approximately 3.91m × 3.12m and comes furnished with a double ottoman bed, mirrored double wardrobe, two bedside tables, a double-width chest of drawers and curtains. There is also plenty of room for a large desk, so it would work particularly well for someone who occasionally or regularly works from home.

You would be sharing the flat with Reece, a friendly and relaxed 34-year-old professional who has lived at the property for the past three years. We are looking for someone clean, considerate and easy-going who would like a comfortable, settled home rather than a large or busy house share.

The flat was fully renovated and furnished in 2018 and has been carefully maintained since. The shared accommodation includes:

The room is for single occupancy, and a professional tenant is preferred. References and affordability checks will be required.
