2 level, 3 bedroom flat. Kitchen diner and balcony on one floor with 3 bedrooms, living room and bathroom above.
Town centre location, only 12 min walk to station.

Double bedroom available to rent. The 3rd bedroom is mine, I own the flat but I am away on work commitments most of the time.

£500 includes all bills and internet.

Short term lets ideal. As I am currently trying to sell the flat there will be a need for viewings. Also, it does mean I would prefer to have someone who is happy with an informal, rolling 1 month notice period.

I am looking for people who are clean, tidy, respectful to housemates, neighbours and me.
