Rent includes use of lounge, gas, electric, council tax, water rates, FREE high speed secure broadband, use of cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. garden -150ft , all land scaped to high standard. 7 min walk from rail station, parking, free in small church car park oppo out Victorian cottage. very large bathroom with large corner bath and free standing shower cubicle, and extra downstairs 2 nd loo. Must be a animal lover as have 4 cats and 2 small very friendly rescue dogs ( 1 has only 3 legs). Female tenant preferred - current tenants = 1 x female-professional. very friendly sociable house hold. Want tenants to treat as their home and not just sticking to the room( if want to ).
