Double bedroom, close to town centre

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to let the spare double bedroom in my 2 bed ground floor flat. Located a 10 minute walk from the town centre and a 20 minute walk to the train station. Alternatively there's a bus route outside which is 5 minutes to town and 10 minutes to the station. Additionally free parking is available next to the flat.

The property is situated in a quiet close next to the scenic Butts close park; a great place for a picnic or a kick about. There are local shops just around the corner and Waitrose a little further down the road. Also there are a number of good pubs within walking distance that hold regular events including music nights and food festivals.

I'm a young professional working in the aerospace industry, who enjoys company and socialising whilst being respectful of others' privacy. The room would suit another young professional with similar views.

The room is fully furnished and measures roughly 2.8 X 3.2m. It's offered with shared use of the open plan kitchen/living space along with the bathroom. These are kept clean and tidy and a potential occupant would be expected to participate in maintaining this. I would also consider the option of splitting the cost of a cleaner to come once a week/fortnight, this could be discussed upon accepting the room.

The rent is £550 per calendar month, including all bills. (electricity, water, broadband, TV licence etc.)
