Your furnished accommodation package includes own living room area (for when you want you own chill time) internet (wifi) shared kitchen, downstairs bathroom & washing machine, garden (remember this is England) private off road parking is available if required. I am willing to consider tenants who may only want M-F accom at a revised rent. .

I would like a person who likes to socialise on occasion (perhaps share cooking if suitable) is clean and tidy and will respect my home. I am not overly noisy but do like to go out for a few shandy's now and again. Regular work patterns and shift workers welcome. No couples.
