A double room to rent furnished inside a 4 bedroom detached house with a private rear garden and garage on Fairfield Park.

The room is on the 1st floor has a double bed a desk and a build in wardrobe ready, a bathroom on the same floor exclusively for you, I am open for the right person to turn the room in to what they want including decorating.

Big kitchen with a new washing machine and living room with a private garden and parking available to.

The house is split over 3 floors (ground floor kitchen/living room) - (1st floor has double bedrooms and a bathroom exclusive for yourself) - Loft floor is my room which has a bathroom.

On Fairfield Park you have some beautiful walks around the lagoons also a Gym, Tesco express, Hair salon and a Charity shop, Train stations close by are arlesey (1mile away) and Letchworth (2mile away) also located nearby is the A1 aprx 2 miles away.

I am a professional man that works 5 days a week.

you are free to use the house and all that comes with it and I am easy going on the other days.
