Hello!
I’m moving into a new flat and looking for a housemate! The room is a cosy double in a two bed flat in the centre of Hitchin.
It’s only about a 15 minute walk from the station, 5 minute walk from the town centre and over the road from a pub.
A little bit about me; I moved here about 2 years ago from the Northeast to work as a scientist for a pharmaceutical company. I’m easygoing and enjoy a good chat on an evening but at the same time absolutely respect when someone needs there space so happy to have that balance!
In terms of rent I have just covered property rent in the description and not bills/council tax etc. as I don’t live in the flat currently. As an estimation based on my current flat I would say around £600 total seems about right but happy to chat in more detail about this if you’re interested in moving in.
I’m planning to move from early July onwards so there is flexibility with moving dates if this doesn’t work for you.
